Everest Presentation
On 14 Feb 10, in Inverness we're hosting a presentation in aid of the British Heart Foundation's Highland Heart Nurse Appeal.

The presentation is being delivered by Amanda Richmond and Neil Taylor, a couple of school teachers from Suffolk who, in 2009, attepted to climb Mt Everest.  This is the story of how they got on and hopefully it's not giving too much away to say that during the trip, Amanda became the oldest British woman to reach the summit.

The presentation begins at  1930 on the 14th of Feb in the Spectrum Centre, 1 Margaret St, Inverness (next to the bus station).Tickets are £8, or you can pay on the door, with all proceeds going towards the appeal.

Scottish Television's "Make Me Happier"
We were recently asked to act as advisors for STV's "Make Me Happier". a revealing six-part factual series presented by Lorraine Kelly and Angus Purden.  During the series, viewers met a group of Scots who are living with stress issues, and followed their journeys as they took the first steps towards improving their lives.
